These have been on the wish list for ages and finally pushed the button....if anyone is interested Ancortes have some in stock at 600US, think its a good price {unless a pair pops up on astromart} for a well rated big bino.

Picked up these same binos on ebay a while back for US $400 + postage (postage was cheaper back then.) They leave my Celestron 15 x 70 s for dead optically, but are a bit heavy. With practice,I can now hand hold and am able to point straight up at the object of my desires. Air postage will be around US$65 for these binos. A tip I have been given :-put on the tripod adaptor, then onto a monopod or similar hand hold. The result will have less apparent movement. Enjoy
