Collimator / sight tube

Does anyone have a link for building a home-made sight tube/collimator - I am pretty sure I have seen one using a film canister, but cannot find it?

I found there was a couple of mm play with the 35mm film canister I used so I tried the bottle that Herron brand paracetamol tablets from the supermarket come in. It's a white plastic bottle with a green lid and is a perfect fit for a 1.25" EP.
