Wow – thanks Mike and H0ughy, I hadn’t realised that I’d waffled on that much!

I’ve been a little quiet of late, as I haven’t managed to get outside and do much astronomy stuff, but I’ve still enjoyed reading the posts and catching up with what everyone is up to. There have been some amazing images posted as well as useful threads about gear etc. which I have found very useful, although I’ve haven’t had much to contribute, so I’ve been sitting in the corner, quietly, like a good little boy, just like mummy used to say!

We also had a great week’s camping holiday recently, at O’Reilly’s, a beautiful rain forest area in the Lamington National Park located in the Gold Coast Hinterland.

Well, it’s been a very enjoyable 5000 and I’d just like to say thanks to Mike, Terry (Mojo), the Mods and all the Ice In Space community for their friendship and help since I first jumped on the IIS Merry-go-round.

I thoroughly enjoy the family atmosphere right here, on Ice In Space, and I have benefited enormously from being a member; astronomically, technically and personally, and have had a ball since leaping in with both feet.
