Saturn 10/04/08, my best to date
Captured at 5fps on the spc900 and 5x powermate.
The conditions weren't the best but they were the best I've seen since I bought my scope last March.
Saturn is up at about 53° at 8:30pm here.
cheers
Mark

Very nice indeed! excellent image. Lovely colours and banding on the globe and sharp CD in the rings.
Well done!
I can't wait for Saturn above 50deg!

Hey thanks.
Amazing what can be done with a $100 webcam and a little patience.
I'm really glad I went with the GEM mount because I just know I'd be as frustrated as hell trying to image with a dob mount.
