Hi this may help some people who have Vista and Toucam. One PC I had with Vista on it would not pickup the Toucam Pro 2. Tried all the drivers and work arounds and still could not get this to go. Installed the service pack for vista last night and plugged in the toucam just to see if it would pick it up. It did and installed this automatically.
