My first moon pic

Just wanted to post my first ever pic from my telescope.
It was taken last night. it took me about 8 attempts lol
I only used my digital camera up against the eyepiece.
It is grainy and a bit out of focus but it is pretty cool as i didnt think i could get this kind of detail out of a hand held camera.

Yep – a pretty cool photo from a "red hot" inferno LOL!

There is something quite magical when you manage to grab your 1st astrophotos; it’s a bit like watching your 1st print develop in the dev tray in the days when amateur photographers used to use wet darkrooms!

Well done for persevering.
