Very nice iamge, B&D. A lovely starfield with a beautiful curtain of nebula.

It looks a tad mauve/purple to me but I've got nothing to compare it to so it could be right.

Great image Barb and David. This is indeed a lovely area of the sky accompanied with rich star field. I targeted this sometime ago (seen here). I have two comments - focus looks a little soft and the green channel looks black clipped. Both of which has caused the image to look a little less vibrant. Look forward to seeing more...the weather has certainly been favourable of late.

Thanks for the advice Jase I will process it again and see if I can improve on it with your suggestions.

Nice to have you back on board to give us the encouragement and advice

Another lovely image guys, I enjoyed the folds of nebulosity and the depth it is creating.

Cheers

Your right about the purple Mike I had only seen one other image of this and I think I overdid it.

Having taken advice from Jase on how to improve the image so I altered the one above. I will give it another try from the original stack when I have time.
