Superquick service from Bintel

Hi
Twice in the last month Ive orded some small bits n pieces from Bintel, both times ordered online at roughly 2pm, and both times the items turned up, well packed the next day at my door in Newcastle. less then 24 hours from a click of the mouse to parts on my table, now thats what I call service!

Ironically my mums Nissan Micra was in dock a week once, because it took Nissan nearly all that time to send the parts to the mechanic, who was forced to use 2nd hand ignition leads, as Nissan couldnt come up with any in all of Australia! Perhaps they should learn how Bintel runs their business

Yep Scott I have found Bintel to be super fast and on time, they are a good company to shop with, and like you said, just a click of the mouse and it on your door step.

Have to agree there Scott, most of my deliveries have been in the 1 to 2 day range and I am quite happy with that. When I ordered my Uranometria it was placed as a online order at around 10:00am and was in the PO box by 10:00am the next day.

Great service that cant be faulted.

Cheers

I'd like to add another big thanks to Bintel. My Astronomik OIII & SII filters were ordered after lunch on Wednesday and were in the PO box before lunch on Thursday in time for a dark sky weekend.

Many thanks to Bintel, this type of service is greatly appreciated.

Cheers

I went there the other day to get a 80mm extension tube so my new camera would come to focus. I already had a 35mm one which wasnt correct.

It worked but was right at the margin. I went back the next day to get a telescope cleaning lesson and mentioned this, so they gave me a 50 mm extension to complete the set.

Not bad, a free scope clean and a 50 mm extension

The service from Bintel is superb, I have ordered things and had it delivered within 2 days, and I live near Brisbane.
I visited the shop once while I was in Sydney, it was a great place and I spent much more than I should have.
Of course it was cloudy for weeks after that.

Mike.
