My brother got me started in watching this, it's a bloody crack up!
He's got all the characters down pat!!!!!

"We can be heroes" is a great series too! Especially the Daniel and Nathan Sims bits!

Chris Lilley is a real character! good to see aussie "yumour" hasn't died!!!

Yes, our 18 year old says that the whole "teenage" thing is very well done, down to the *****iness (just SOOO well done), way of talking...or is that "like talking". OMG it is very entertaining. I bought her the DVD for Christmas...which is currently sitting on her bedroom floor...with everything else.

It used to be on the ABC at 9pm straight after Spicks and Specks and followed by the chaser. Ahhhh for a return of the old Wednesday nights (ABC if it was cloudy, which it always is now). I am still out to lunch on this gang land show 9 are running, and my wife insists on watching., it means that much to me I can't recall the name of it. Overrated hype in my opinion - sorry for going off topic.

Oh yeah an old fella I worked with watched it and came in to work the next day and started talking about what fantastic people they all were ..he started bangin on about the charecter with the shorter leg who rolled to perth from adelaide or such ..I thought he was takin the p***..... nope dead serious .. I said reg that was a guy in drag I promise and they were all the same person !! ... he just wouldn't have a bar of it ...and to this day probably still thinks the same

I broke the heart of a canadian friend of our who was visiting, he thought Dame Edna was a woman! LOL He nearly choked when we told him it wasn't!

Barry Humphries is a very underrated Aussie comedian, top shelf comedian too!
