Image Editing Software

Have Registax.
Looking for a safe and easy image editor to place labels and text into images, crop, resize etc etc.
Anyone recommend a freeware application ??

In terms of free software The Gimp can do most things that Photoshop can (and its free!), but it can take a while to get used to using it.

Try > (http://www.faststone.org/)
& (http://www.fxfoto.com/) & (http://www.photofiltre.com/) Just register the free version of fxfoto. Oh, don't forget ALL the plug-ins for photo filtre.
