Can anyone tell me what type of mount this is?

Hi,
I'm new
http://www.crazysales.com.au/product...844_6171_F.jpg
Can anyone tell me what type of equatorial mount this is please? I'm guessing it's an EQ3 or something or other -but that's just a guess!
And if you would be kind enough to tell me if it can be fitted with a motor that would be great.
Thanks, Ali

No...but I'd toss the "Sun" filter that comes with the package (and yet they ban lasers in Victoria....arrrgh!)

I'm a little confused, is it an SV1 or an EQ3? Would an EQ3 drive fit this type of mount?

It is a Chinese 'clone' of the GSO SV1 [Skyview Deluxe] mount. The GSO version is grey in color. The Orion version is called a 'Astroview'. The Skywatcher is called a EQ3-2. The Celestron is called a CG-4. They are all 'EQ3' equivalents. The EQ3 Motors will fit. They are all clones / variations of the original Viven Polaris mount. The 'EQ3' mount will carry short 150mm Newtonian telescopes with good stability or it can carry refractors up to 100mm aperture (or up to 120mm aperture short tube refractors). GSO do sell a Skyview mount [the picture shows a 'inexpensive' spherical mirror version ] with a 8 in. F/4 Newt. on it but this really is at its 'maximum' for that size mount.
