I ordered two Pelican 1550 cases form Leisure Pro in the US. They had been recommended to me as saving at least 30% after delivery and exchange compared to the best local price available.
They arrived about a week ago but to my surprise there were three cases delivered. The 3rd one was obviously a mistake in the warehouse as I had not been charged for it.
Whilst this seemed like a big win I like to pay my own way and this case was not mine so emailed Leisure Pro about the mistake. They seemed genuinely happy that I would report this back to them and asked if it was possible for me to send it back and they would reimburse my costs and "then some".
I ordered two cases to reduce the shipping cost (which it did). The case was $115 USD and the quote on their website to ship one was $84 USD.
I emailed back to see if it would be OK if I just paid them the difference between the cost of the case and shipping given there wasn't much in it.
They have just replied and said that they appreciate my honesty so much that they would like to waive the extra $30 and offer the case to me as a gift.
How good is that!

Apart from offering low prices they are absolute gentlemen to deal with.
Not sure what I'll do with this extra case yet. I don't think the wife will be too keen to see me fill it up with astro gear just at the moment.
