Cable Diagram

G'Day All,
Does anyone have a diagram of the pin to wire colour code of the RJ 45 plugs that runs the LXD 75 Auto star guide and the telescope.
Is it straight connection or do they have a cross over?
Is it red wire pin1 to pin1 or red wire pin1 to pin?

Hi Ian, unless you are in the habit of making your own cables and understand all about them (which I don't so I probably shouldn't give advice) I have found in my own experience that its just a lot easier to go and buy the thing from the astronomy places that make them.

Its usually cheap and quick enough to outweigh the hassle of making your own... MHO

Baz.

I beleive that the cable is inverted. So Pin 1>8, 2>7, 3>6, 4>5, 5>4, 6>3, 7>2, 8>1.

Go here http://members.aol.com/kewtasheck/pinouts.html for colours of the MEADE HBX.

Good luck.

Hi Ian, i dont have a meade mount, have the EQ6, i had to invert the cables to support the Meade DSI as the autoguider. You'll find the cable diagram from my website should you decide not to buy the cable
