Ngc 2808

Dear All
It cleared for a few hours last night allowing the nice big moon the chance to wash out the only clear sky for ages.
As imaging is very limited in these conditions I took some shots of the globular cluster NGC 2801
7x 300sec guided with Q-guider. 40D through my VC200L
Processed with iris.
It's pretty enough but I had trouble removing the skyglow.
Edit:Should be NGC 2808
Typo when I first took the image and missed changing it

Hi Terry, that is a great looking image. You've got some lovely detail right into the core of the glob and everything is nice and sharp.

Top shot
