Tiger Reflections (original also attached)

Hi everyone,
Have been playing with some photography processing lately. Mainly trying different presentation methods. I thought i might post a few and get some comments etc in the hope of being able to improve. This shot was taken with a 3M pixel point and shoot camera, so have no details on iso, exposure etc. This shot is a crop which is about half the size of the original. I have slightly adjusted the levels and contrast/brightness in Paint shop Pro which is the processing programme i am trying to learn how to use.
Thanks for looking.

Hi Rex,

Love the shot.

In my opinion, many of the most memorable pictures ever taken in the world were
nothing more than snapshots - pictures capturing a particular thing or event
at a particular instant of time. For example, compare the technical qualities
of this snapshot against the compelling subject and moment in time -

Your shot of the tiger is fabulous because it captures the animal right at that
magic moment in a great setting. You've helped improve the composition
some more by cropping and have technically improved it by adjusting the levels.
However, I think you were 99% of the way there when you got this great shot!

Thanks for the post and keep 'em coming.

Best regards

Gary

As Gary said, 99% of it was the capture. You've done very well Rex.

I would like to see the original shot to get an idea of what cropping you've applied.
