Figure Eight Planetary Nebula NGC2440

Hi Guys,

Small little planetary which looks like Figure 8. Short burst exposure to keep the core not bloated 7 x 30 sec and 8 x 1 minute at ISO 400.

You can see a comparison with Hubbles image to get an idea.

Not bad at all Eric. You've picked up the faint arcing shock fronts quite well.

Nice work Eric, there is some wonderful detail captured in that one. The expanding gas bubbles look fantastic.

You have some great PN work happening at the moment.

Some really good detail and structure in this one. I really have to get back to imaging PN's. Very nice.
