Rosette / What Was l Thinking

while trying out my suspect processing skills l realised l have been trying to recreate an impression that l don't really like. a lot of images l see imo are over processed, this is of course purely a beauty is in the eye of the beholder opinion.
l do like the more subtle understated impression of an image so l have settled on this example as what l think l am after. any thoughts?

That's really very nice Mick.

Still lots of detail there even though it's subtly processed. Whatever you did to process this one keep doing it !!

We like it

probably decieding what is too much or where to draw the line was my problem so keeping them a bit understated seems to work best.
obviously my processing knowledge is lacking and as this hopefully improves so will the images.

Mick, your image is very tasteful, and doesn't suffer the 'overprocessed' look. I quite like it.
I notice a bit of noise in there still, but more images stacked will get rid of that.

Just wish I could get rid of all the noise in my Toucam images

It looks quite nicely done to me Mick, the cluster at the centre has come up quite well also.

Cheers
