Mars 5th January
Hi all,
captured Mars last night in conditions of up to 5/10 through slight jetstream and with surface breeze. Even so it was the best conditions I have had for Mars.
Using DFK/ ext tube and 2x barlow on Meade LX200 14".

Thanks John.
Hope we can all get some more, before Mars slipps away for another 2 years.

Nice work Lester, fine detail for a tough target for you guys down south.
I haven't captured any Mars for months so i'm happy to see someone else getting it.

Thanks for your replies, Matty and Mike.
Tried last night, but Mars was impossible to get good focus.
