What are the chances of a metorite landing in my backyard?
I assume that they would be quite low but I don't know much about this topic, I live North of Sydney.

Chances are pretty good! But I would put that 'pretty good' at 1 in 100,000,000.

It is a rare thing but houses and cars (and even people) have been hit, so the chances are as good as being struck by lightning. Not much, BUT . . . it can happen!
