To all fellow Argo Navis Users,
Just a short note on behalf of Gary Kopff to advise that the Wildcard
Innovations Website has been down the past two days due to a
technical issue with the telecommunications network within Australia.
Unfortunately due to this telecommunications problem the support team
at Wildcard are also off line and have no internet or email access.
These technical problems should be rectified over the next 24 to 48
hours and the website will be back up and running.
Gary is flying out for a short vacation early tomorrow morning and is
unlikely to have internet access before his departure, and may have
very limited access from his overseas destination. Please be patient
over the next week or two in regards to email and forum support. I
am sure Gary will catch everyone up on his return from vacation.
In the interim there are several experienced Argo Navis users on the
forum who can offer support.

Hi John,
Thanks for posting this message on our behalf.
Our sincere apologies to those who have been unable to
access our web site over the past few days. Due to an
electrical storm in Sydney late last week, the local
broadband exchange is temporarily offline. As a result,
we have also been unable to receive or send emails
during this time. Telstra Australia anticipate that the
broadband connection should be repaired on 26 Nov 2007.
We apologize for those who are awaiting email responses or trying
to access the web site.
As John mentioned and we were unable to post an announcement
due to the network being down, the Wildcard office will
be closed for a two week vacation until 10th Dec 2007.
During this period, our email responses will take much longer
than normal, perhaps several days or more and our responses
will be shorter than normal. However, we will respond in full
upon our office re-opening again on 10th Dec.
Greetings from Siem Reap, Cambodia, home of the famous Angkor Wat.
Best Regards
Gary Kopff
