Are they with a modded cam, Steve? They look very purple.

They are taken with the SBIG ST2000XCM, only short exposures ( 30x15sec ) and color processed in DDP mode in CCDOPS with a tweak in PS. Short exposures with this camera are a bit dodgy and I boosted the red's and blue's to bring out some detail. I thought they looked a bit off as well to be honest Mike. Every now and then when I use my notebook to process images they look way different when I transfer them to my desktop, this is one those times.

I know what you mean Steve - I processed most of my images yesterday (on the laptop) but waiting until I was on the LCD today to do final colour processing, levels and curves, colour etc.

You're making great progress with that camera.
