Trying out new "aGent" webcam - great results!

I just spent AU$40 on a new webcam off eBay. It appears to work down to sub-1 lux conditions This is the first attempt at using it. The results are quite respectable!

All I can say is that this camera DID take this image.

aGent webcam at it's own prime focus - 600 frames

This image was taken from the desk inside my office! You can be really lucky sometimes, and manage to grab images of this quality once in a blue moon if you're in the right place at the right time.

I can't see what all the fuss is about. The moon really isn't that far away.

I'm going to try my wife's Nokia 5mp phone next, and it should yield similar results.

I have no idea why I have so many telescopes when all I've needed all along is a cheap camera!

I can see someone has to come to Chris's rescue. While not as well focussed as his one, here is further proof of the aGents great imaging capabilties. You will note that it also contains proof that someone has landed on the moon recently, note the two figures on the left of the frame.
