Quickly made tripod.

Made a wooden tripod and finished it today.
It is height adjustable and no glue used on any parts.
Most of the fastening is done with wood dowels and bolt/nuts.
Two pic of the tripod below.

Nice job ! You've got me thinking about doing a set for the original base for my old 60mm. Been using a surveyors tripod for years, but its a bit heavy and cumbersome at times. Now, where can I source the wood (another project gets added to the list)

I got all the wood from Bunnings.
12 pieces of wood at 1.2mtr each and hand picked for straightness out of a big pile
One wood dowel Some treaded rod, dome nuts and wing nuts.
Misc hardware.
All totalling a mighty sum of $30.00
