Comet C/2007 T1 McNaught

Sum of 6 images aligned in photoshop on the comet, haven't worked out how to do it in Images Plus yet. Each image was 2 minutes so total exposure time was around 12 minutes. ISO800. Weather wasn't good, sky transparency was very poor, little bit of cloud around, lots of light pollution, bit of wind etc...

Or did you shine a torch in the rain?

She wouldn't impress the public now would she!
How did you track her down?

Easy to track down, Skymap pro showed me where it was, and I just GOTOed it via EQMOD and guided on a nearby star. I aligned and stacked each image on the comet. The scope/camera combo had a bit of vignetting so I am going to do a masterflat and see if I can remove it, or at least clean it up a bit.
