Heart and Soul - 2 Panel Mosaic - Updated

Hello all
well, this started out as a 4 panel mosaic, but after 2 days of trying, I cant get the 4 panels to line up.
So, its a 2 panel right now.

Just RGB, with synthetic luminance. 2 hours each colour each panel (12 hours total).

You can also view the full-sized image here: 15Mb in size though, but worth the extra quality.

FSQ106 and FLI Proline 16803, plus Ha from STL data last year.

cheers, and thanks for looking.
Martin

Thanks again.
I have actually made improvements to this image today, as this area (particularly the middle of each nebula) is supposed to have a lot of blue reflection nebulosity from the embedded star clusters.

So, I went back to look at the blue data, and sure enough, it was there alright, so these new versions (half and full size) show that.

Ah yes, good one Martin! That's definitely a processing pitfall -understating the reflection component. I eyeball my individual RGBs carefully to see if there is a preponderance of blue anywhere, however slight, and I make sure to bring it out. In fact, many nebulosities, typically rendered mostly red, understate some reflection component. Nicely done!

Cheers, Marcus
