M42 LRGB Registration and Colour Balance Woes

Hi
This is my first attempt at LRGB using FITS which I tried late in last nights session. I'm still in ALT\AZ mode (Wedge is coming for XMAS) and I'm having hells delight getting the layers to register. You can see that some of the stars are aligned and others are not. I'm using the DSI PRO II with Drizzle to counteract rotation which works fine for each image but you still get rotation between each colour set.

I've tried using DeepSkyStacker but can't seem to get all the images to register correctly - any hints here?. My G image was also very poor so I think the overall balance is out. Any suggestions gratefully accepted.

RegiStar will align them. It is not cheap but it is worth it. If you like I can PM you my email address and then send me over your LRGB images and I can send you back a set perfectly aligned.
