Lovely photos John and nice captions. We used to see quite a few speckled dove’s in our back garden, but they seem to have thinned out and been replaced by the crested pigeons.

Cheers

Very nice photos John

I had a good laugh at the captions!!!
Very cleverly written and match each scenario perfectly!

Hi Dennis,

Funny about the Doves, being replaced by the Crested Pigeons,

The Dove's, are as game as Ned Kelly.they chase the pigeons off,and even Harrass the Galahs,by flying closely over their heads.
The Galah's seem to ignore them mostly.

Glad you liked the Pics,

Gives me something to do,during the day.

Regards.John

Hi Leon,

You are quite right,I love thinking up a caption for photos,

The captures, were taken from our bedroom window, through an ED 80,

I do admit,most get deleted.for one reason,or another.

Hi KEN,

The rest of me is falling apart,
but I think my memory for names is still ok.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

Glad you also liked the photos, and Captions,

It's funny,some pics really beg for a caption,and some others,just dont work.

Heres a couple more taken today.

BTW,I changed eyepieces, today back to the 18mm .965 Vixen Ortho,
Just seems sharper, than the others, although the FOV,is narrow.

Regards.John

Very funny John, and excellent photos too! Not sure if there is a case of bird rights violation going on here.

Cheers

Hi Dennis,

You are right Mate,

There Could be a bit of Birds rights Violation going on.

If they complain,I'll post their comments.

Anyway,
Glad you also like a little Humour, and the pics.

They say,an Apple a day, keeps the Doctor away,
I reckon,A Smile a day cant hurt Either.

Geez,I love the ED80,it is great for Digiscoping.

BTW,the eyepiece I use NOW, is one of those 25mm series 500 Plossl's.

Maybe, not so good for Astronomy, but work well for Daytime Digiscoping.

Cheers.
John
