My First Attempt At Venus

morning all

this is my very very first attempt at Venus This Morning whilst walking the dog

taken with an Nokia 6300 at full zoom no other details yet only got it on monday

allso had to hurry because of clouds

very hard to keep steady at full zoom

will try again

Did you use a tripod? That will help get rid of the camera shake..

did not use a tripod no way to mount it directly to the fone

zoom is 8x
it can allso take video as i said before ive got to get to know the doohickey yet

Oh it's a camera phone? haha my mistake then.

I imagine it's just digital zoom then isn't it? It hasn't got an external optical zoom mechanism?

not sure what you mean by external optical zoom mechanism ?

i zoom in by a negative and positive key that doubles as a volume key

ive added a small fact sheet in case you are interested in the details

it takes jpegs upto 1600x1200 pixels
