Thanks Jase for the comment! I didn`t worry about the gradient as I thought it was a natural one from the milky way but looking at other images of it its not so now its gone!!!!

Thanks Mark, I`m happy with the M16-M17 but I think I could do much better with the corona image....have to wait for very clear skies..

Its a beautiful area of sky abd I still havn`t imaged it yet with the newt....might give it a go if it doesn`t get too smokey..
