To Mac OSX users - i just came across Equinox 6, a comprehensive planetarium for Mac users. Very nice indeed! Universal and PPC versions.

US$49 shareware, with 15 day free trial.

I downloaded and installed it Ingo. Not bad.. takes a little getting used to with some of the navigation methods - but otherwise very comprehensive. Great for the money - considering that there are very few freeware progies (such as Cartes du Ciel) for the Mac.
