Goldschmidt Crater

Schmidt Newt (812mm x 4Powermate x 2barlow) stack 64/500 Mintron 13V1C video camera.

Tips & critque most welcome. What is wrong with this picture? The seeing on the night was nothing short of great, and the live view on the TV was brilliant, so why no cigar for this pic?

looks like several frames misaligned.

are you using registax

take more frames i take3000 and stack best 1000 seems to work for me

When you've got the stacking right (not my area!) the 'Levels' could be improved in PhotoShop or whatever s/ware you have that does a similar job. The 'highlights' slider needs to be moved as per the photo below. Avoid using 'brightness/contrast' adjustments ... 'Levels' is the way to go.
