Cardanus and Krafft

Had a quick look tonight and had a go at the twin craters with my hand held camera. If you look closely and squint a bit you can make out the crater chain/rille joining the craters Cardanus and Krafft. I am amazed to be able to get this detain with a handheld shot and really must get on with making a mount for the camera to stop the shaking. Also, the full size image shows the rille much better but changing it to a jpeg and reducing the size for the web does it no favours.

Still happy with the result

Cheers

Mike,

I am working on fine adjustments to the mount so I can guide it easily. When that is complete I will have another play with the webcam but, at present, I am really enjoying playing with the digital camera.

Cheers
