Asteroid Vesta from Canowindra

Try this for fun Get some pics of Vesta and pic out which bright spot is it while it is near Jupiter . Starry nights makes it easy to find .Tony

Nice shots Tony!

Here's mine from last night & tonight - the movement of the asteroid is quite obvious. These were just shot off the tripod with 400D & 18-55mm kit lens. Any longer exposure & I found the star trailing to be too obvious

The 4th pic in your 2nd group is a pearler!!!!

I love the way you can see the Milky Way, the dark lanes running to Antares, and the Antares Nebula. As well as Joop and Vesta.

That's going to the PoolRoom!!!

Combined images of Eclipse/Asteroid Vesta Position Shots

I have added some Combined images of the Moon Eclipse.I took more pics of Vesta Asteroid last night.There are Prime focus shots That easily show it's Movement From Friday night to Sat. night.img 2015 is Saturday night Img1995 is Friday night.Tony.There are some wide field shots taken on saturday night.
