Autoguiding Speeds with SynScan V3.10

Hi All,
A question regarding setting up autoguiding with my SynScan mount (ver 3.10).
On the handset, Autoguiding speed can be set to 0.125, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75 and 1.0x.
Which one to pick!?
Experiment?
Any ideas?
Cheers In Advance
Doug

Although the G11 is different to your mount, they suggest that the standard guiding speed be 0.5x, and the highest guiding speed is 0.8.

i use 2x for guiding on my G11, i assume that the guiding program will just be a longer push for a slower guide speed. ive had no dramas guiding with this speed, a 1-2 sec update, and no correction until 2 arcsecond variation is recorded with adjustments to both axis. the program im using is getting on now but it meets my requirements.

try 1x would be my first attempt..... it will probably work for all speeds to some degree, but if you have a large PE or a big jump then the slow ones might have trouble keeping up.

I use anywhere between 0.3-2X depending on the area of sky I am guiding from and accuracy of my polar alignment. I generally find that the closer to the SCP I am imaging the less aggressive I need to make my guide speeds.
