Eagle nebula - first try with Ha

Here is my Eagle from the other night:

Date: 8/8/07
Time: 8:27pm (for the Ha)
Time: 8:36pm (for lum)
Cam: DSI Pro II
'scope: 8" newtonian skywatcher
location: Glen Innes, NSW, Australia
Exposures:
Ha: 40*8secs
L: 25*8secs
Colour: 20*8secs for each

I have made an "Image-flip" with these two images. This means that it has the Ha-RGB as default, however when you move your mouse over the image, it changes to the LRGB version. To see it go to www.NicksAstronomy.com and under latest images, click Eagle nebula.

Comments and Crtique welcome

That's a very nice image Nick, you've captured some good depth in the pillars as well as some good overall detail.

Well done
