Jupiter 21 July

A rare clear night in Adelaide with reasonably good seeing early on that degraded rapidly. Two shots attached of Europa and shadow transit taken at 8.20 and 8.40 CST.

C11 with Philips 900nc webcam.

hi Graeme,

for me as one of the poor guys living at 48° north it is amazing how much details You guys display in your images!
also it is most exciting to monitor the changings of Jupiters`athmosphere an color.
here in Austria, my favourite planet is simply a lightball, that is bouncing around close to the horizon,...and this will get worse next years.

again - very nice image!
