Asiair Update Problems

Hi Everyone
Updated Asiair today.
Anyone having issues? The Asiair drops out after each exposure and storage shows no images until the Air is reconnected and then the main camera has to be reconnected.

Im out near Winton QLD in fabulous dark skies and my kit is not performing! Help!

I have a similar thing from time to time, I think someone around me has a wifi device that interferes with it, It is remedied by being directly next to the Asi with my tablet, rather than 15 meters away although the transfer rate is quite a bit slower.
Although it would be a coincidence this happens after an update.


My rig never gets disassembled so it cant be anything else than what I suspect, and never happens anywhere but here at home. same symptoms though...

Looks like the upgrade happened coincidentally with a USB memory stick failure. Once removed the Asiair returned to normal.

The failed USB stick caused:
1. The camera to disconnect after exposure completion.
2. The image was stored but would not show on Image management until after reboot.
3. The Asiair App said it couldn’t find the Asiair and wanted to reconnect even though I could see the guiding proceeding in the little window.

Lots of tangential things happening here leading away from the actual problem and solution!
