Hi, thanks for letting me into the group. I hope to learn more about using my telescope down under. Not that I've used it anywhere else! I'm pretty much a beginner but I have managed to find and photograph (using my pixel phone) Arcturus but not much else.
Can be a frustrating and rewarding journey but with the advent of the internet and forums such as this one it's a whole lot simpler than it used to be to be getting satisfactory use out of your gear.
