I'm pretty sure that is a GSO scope and bintel brings them in here.

Astrotech is a brand slapped on GSO goodies.

Andrews in Sydney is another source for GSO.

I think AstroTech are made for some USA company. Some of it is rebranded GSO gear, some is purpose made for them by GSO, and some by other companies. I don't know any local dealers of Astrotech gear. The 8" F4 `Astrograph' is not available locally as far as I know. The Bintel 8" F4 is a standard Newtonian.

Great gear, made by GSO, and the AT stuff is made specifically for Astronomics in the US.
I have the AT8" Imaging Newtonian myself, bought to fill a gap while I refurbish the 10", which is all but done.
You could import one yourself easy enough, or buy one locally, used or new.
