Well it wouldn't be the end of another Milky Way season without having shot the venerable Fighting Dragons of Ara. This is a target that I seem to go back to every year as it's a good "litmus" test for both my equipment, processing techniques and my general evolution as an astrophotographer.
I think that this is definitely my best attempt at this target to date (I didn't even make public
last years attempt).
I've always found that juggling the processing of the "egg" in conjunction with the "dragons" to be particularly challenging as processing these types of DSO targets generally require very different approaches.
