After last nights weather up here I couldn’t believe I could see the stars at 4 this morning.Jumped in the car and headed down to the river.Only managed a few shots due to the clouds with a 28-70 zoom and a 105mm lens.It was a race against the sunrise and the cloud.

Derek- I’m really liking these captures with the comet wedged in amongst the clouds- good choice to head on down and take the opportunity!

Nice work Derek. I had one morning last week with 90% clear sky and 10% clouds sitting straight over the comet.

These are great Derek, I love the last one with the
Moon and Moonlight on the water. The cloud has also made these more interesting and that gap in the cloud, well, that was made just for you! Great catch!
