[NOT REQUIRED] Sigma zoom lens (24-70 f3.5~4.5) to Nikon adapter

I recently acquired a Sigma AF-E zoom lens which is all electronic. I know these came with a variety of adapters to suit whichever camera it was being purchased for. It's not Canon size (same profile as Canon and Nikon mounts, different size), it's not Mamiya Z size, I'm not sure exactly what it may have fitted out of the box. Maybe nothing without the appropriate adapter I'm thinking.
It may be a Sony E mount, I don't have anything Sony here besides an old video camera.

Would anyone have the universal Sigma adapter to fit Nikon F laying around they'd be willing to part with?

I have another brand lens (Tamron) which used a similar set up but it too is a different size.

Please, if anyone thinks they can sell me one of these things for $350 (as happened today via PM), I may be silly but I'm certainly not stupid (nor rich).
Pity the photo couldn't be attached, i'd have been interested in seeing what a $350 lens adapter from Sony lens to Nikon body looked like because I certainly can find no such beast and, I HAVE searched.
