iOptron CEM70G purchased in August 2020, including a 10kg counterweight, but no tripod. Only used a small number of times on my backyard pier. No tripod. This is NOT the encoder version of the mount.
The CEM70G includes an inbuilt wifi connection, a powered USB3 hub, an integrated guide camera and scope (called iGuider), and iOptron's iGuider polar alignment camera.
