Observing Chair
denver observing seat 90% complete
I woke up late on sunday (about 10) and decided I was going to build one... I am very much a spur of the moment type guy. I need 3 bolts and coresponding holes and its usable. I'll probably paints it tho...
padding will also be added to the seat at some stage too.
I'll post pics when its done.
this is a great little project and recomended to all. I strayed for the fumular just a tad but it still works the same.
instructions are to be found on this very site at
http://www.iceinspace.com.au/index.php?id=15,10,0,0,1,0
give it a shot, its fun and cheap

Does that make 'bluey grey grey', 'grey bluey grey', or 'grey grey bluey'?

High Chair
Denver chair , much better than NO chair. Have a look under star partys Kenilworth photos and you will see 2 out of 4 chairs I have built(My own interpretation of a Cats perch) Good back support and high enough for Astroron's 16" Dob!! Down side. They took somewhere around 35Hrs Work. I used 4 coats of Polyuethane sp? to seal out the Dew. CHeers Zub.

If you haven't painted it yet Ving I would suggest using clear polyurethane as Zub did. It will be less likely to scratch and look heaps better....
