Shooting 350D raw mode CS3 raw processing

Hello there I have been shooting in Raw mode with 350D with noise reduction on.I am learng how to use CS3. The Images When opened in raw seem to have a good bit of noise in them,I am still not sure what to do with the initial Raw Adjustments before saving them in CS3. reguard's Tony. I shot this prime focus through a Astronomik UHC filter in raw mode with noise reduction on.It was a120sec exposure .

Tony, RAW is just that, no noise reduction, colour balance correction or sharpening applied. I am fairly sure that setting long exposure noise reduction has no effect on the RAW file. I made the same mistake with McNaught, took images in RAW without manually taking darks or flats, they were really noisy as well but the duplicate JPG's taken with long exposure noise reduction set were fine as the camera automatically subtracts a dark frame.
