eta carina with ED 80

once again on a moonlit night but this time with an ED 80..taken last Sunday and processed yesterday

a single 5 minute image@ iso 200
autoguided
processed in photoshop and Neatimage

That little 80ED is really tempting me Seeker. Excellent shot. Especially the amount of red you've been able to capture the the 300D Just looks a little harsh to me as though you've gone a step too far in Neatimage or sharpening in PS. JMO

Beautiful shot Narayan. It is nice to see Eta Car. captured with more depth than one usually sees with amateur photography. Thanks for the post.

yes, shifted the black point in processing..it was a very bright night... and as Paul pointed out, maybe stretched the red a bit too much
