Ngc 300 lrgb

An LRGB version of NGC 300. Needed some Ha - another project for later.
There are about 40 galaxies in this image!

Ngc 300

I use an ASI 2600MM cmos camera. Lum was 40 exposures at 3 min and each of the R, G and B was 15 exposures at 4 min each. Scope is a Tak 130mm.

Hi John,
a great picture on a hard dim target.
I would love to see a larger version of say 2 megabytes
like they have on AstroBin.

I think the background is too dark at only 9 bits out of 255 bits.
It looks much better if the background
is brought up to say 25 bits out of 255 bits using curves in PS.
