Mirror recoating in Australia?

Are there companies that will professionally recoat your primary mirror here in Oz?

Palmway Optical is the main one, I’m not sure if Wayne Sainty is still running it..

Yes Wayne, if he is still up to it, was the only one I know of.

Depending on the type of mirror, you may find it more cost effective, and get improved quality as well, by simply buying a new mirror.

If it's a standard Newt mirror you can buy excellent GSO mirrors from Bintel and Andrews. I have used 10" f5 GSO primary in a scope I built, very happy.
