What's with the damn temp???

No idea what's going on with temps here tonight but it's all over the place. At first I thought the temp sensor on my ZWO EAF was playing up, but the sensor on my Pegasus PPBA is showing the same thing. At 11:00 pm it was below 6°C but by 12:20 am it was 12°C. And earlier than that it was jumping around between 7°C & 11°C every few minutes. My refocus on temp change has been getting so confused...the only good thing is at least the humidity has dropped 30% in the same time.

Cheers,
Mark

Yes Al, it's been a few days like summer where jumpers and jackets weren't required, Oberon may have been a little cooler than Lithgow though.
Today the warm front is gone and it looks like snow, I'm guessing Oberon is getting a dusting in the least?

A lot of people I know in town call me mad, temps hit 10 I'm fine in my usual wear of a polo shirt and jeans (depending on wind chill factor). I don't know what many of the locals would do if it really got cold.
I've always noticed the temp is usually mild whenever we get snow (not like your snow). Other days I say a huge block of ice is just going to drop on the town.

I haven't been to Oberon for quite a few years, ever since the council banned the big steam traction engines that were there every second year from memory. My son is a steam and train buff.
