NGC 3372 Carina

Hi Everyone,
It's been nice to get some clear skies recently!

Here is a section of NGC 3372. 50X180 Seconds Ha, OIII, SII, and 30 X 2 Seconds with an IR Pass filter. Esprit 100 with ASI 183MM. Stacked and processed in Affinity.

Comments welcome.

Chris.

Hi Everyone,
I have added the image to Astrobin. Gives a better view than the thumbnail. This is such an interesting target. Next year I'll build on these subs hopefully get some better resolution.

I used the Asiair in plan mode to enable multi-night shooting. I'm looking forward to getting a rotator for when I need to adjust the image train (which happens sometimes!) or come back to the same object next season. I like the camera angle alignment feature in Asiair.

Very nice Chris.
It's certainly an interesting angle you've chosen. Almost looks like a different object.
